Mentee and mentor share one thing gleaned from their connection during the year at our end-ofyear SDNOMA general body meeting.
5 Rules of Engagement
First Rule
All mentees will be assigned to a mentor for one year.
Second Rule
Mentees and Mentors must communicate at least one time per month via:

In-person (i.e. lunch, shadowing at the office, coffee at Starbucks)

Video Call

Emails, text messages, and any non-verbal communication do not meet this criteria

Encouraged to connect more than once per month
Third Rule
Mentee & Mentor conversations should stay private unless both agree it’s ok to share with others.
